You must use the following application to submit your proposal:

You will need to fill in the various sections of the form. This manual will guide you through the process step by step. We recommend you consult it as it explains the process your proposal goes through before it is definitively accepted.

Once it has been accepted by all the parties involved, you will be sent an e-mail to this effect that will also tell you when you can enrol.

Please note:

• If the proposal is of type A1, A2 or B2 it can only be dealt with during a given period and enrolled before the deadline for that semester.
• If the proposal is of type B1 it can be dealt with at any time during the academic year and enrolled when it has been registered and accepted.
