Provisional degree certificates (CTT)

Preliminary information

The provisional degree certificate is a document that certifies that you have applied for your degree certificate and that it is being processed. It is issued by the UPC's Academic Management Service.

You can apply for the certificate in one of two ways:

  • If you have access to the e-Secretaria, you can apply for it in the PROCEDURES section.
  • If you do not have access to the e-Secretaria you can print the application form on this page and hand it in to the academic secretary.

You can collect your certificate from the academic secretary's office within approximately 10 days. You must show your National Identity Document (DNI), if you are Spanish, or your Foreigner Identification number (NIE), if you are foreign. You can contact us to confirm that it is ready for collection.

If you cannot collect it personally, you can authorise someone else to collect it for you. This person must bring the signed authorisation form and photocopies of your identity document and his or her own.
