The general application form is a model document that can be used to make academic applications.

"Other procedures" refers to those not included in the list of administrative procedures.

Who may apply

Any student who has or has had an academic relationship with the School.


How and when to apply

The application can be made in two ways, depending on whether:
    • You have access to the e-Secretaria. In this case, apply in the section "Procedures" - "Other procedures".
    • You do not have access to the e-Secretaria. In this case, fill in and submit the general application form to the academic secretary’s office at the School.
The documents that you should attach to the application will depend on the content of the application. If you apply in the e-Secretaria, you must bring the supporting documents to the academic secretary's office during office hours. You can apply throughout the academic year.

 

Resolutions

How you receive the resolution will depend on how you applied:
    • Via the e-Secretaria: the resolution can be accessed from the status of your application in the e-Secretaria.
    • By submitting a printed application: the resolution will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you gave in the application. Once you receive this e-mail you can collect the original resolution from the academic secretary's office during office hours.
